Company Overview

Business Description:
Villa World Limited (VLW) is a residential property developer. The Company has two major residential development brands: Villa World Homes and GEO Developments.

Strategy Analysis:
GEO Property Group (GPM, formerly MFS Diversified Group) is to grow the core residential communities development business within Australian mainland states. The group is looking to expand its business operations into commercial development in office, retail and industrial, including development of assets for the Trust and development for sale to third parties, as well as asset and capital management of residential development funds. GEO Property Trust focuses on investments in assets that offer strong tenant covenants, or properties where tenancy profiles and earnings can be enhanced. GEO is currently reviewing capital allocated to the Trust to address debt concerns. A divestment program continues with possibility of further asset sales.
