Oakton Limited (OKN) is a consulting and technology firm providing IT solutions, business consulting, financial management and assurance services to a range of industry sectors including Construction and Property, Education, Financial services, Government, Healthcare, Resources, Telecommunications, Utilities, and Wholesale and retail business. OKN has model to deliver the solutions namely: Industry, Domain and Technology.

Strategy Analysis:
Oakton reported NPAT down 33.8% to $4.55m for the half-year ended 31 December 2012. Revenues from ordinary activities were $83.87m, down 1.8% from last year. Diluted EPS was 4.9 cents compared to 7.3 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $5.54m compared to $16.32m last year. The interim dividend declared was 4.75 cents, compared with 10.5 cents last year.
