Business Description:
Norfolk Group Limited (NFK) is a provider of integrated engineering solutions with operation in Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam. The Group consists of engineering companies specialising in electrical, data, heating, ventilation and air conditioning services, facilities management and related building product manufacture and operates through key brands: O’Donnell Griffin, Haden and Resolve FM.

Strategy Analysis:
Norfolk Group reported NPAT down 56.4% to $4.04m for the half-year ended 30 September 2012. Revenues from ordinary activities were $504.59m, up 14.3% from last year. Diluted EPS was 2.61 cents compared to 5.74 cents last year. The net operating cash outflow was $23.5m compared to an inflow of $6.86m last year. The interim dividend declared was 1.0 cent, compared with 1.5 cents last year.
