Business Description:
Elemental Minerals Limited (ELM) is a mining exploration and development company focusing on its 93%-owned Sintoukola Potash Project on the Republic of Congo coastline. ELM is dual listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Strategy Analysis:
Elemental Minerals is focussed on exploration and developments of various projects, but more specifically the Sintoukula Potash Project. The company aims to build on its past success to leverage projects into the stage of production, which is estimated to be in 2015. Elemental Minerals reported positive cash flow of $9.63m for the quarter ended 31 December 2012. Operating cash flow for the period was $(1.09m). Investing cash flow was $(6.58m). Financing cash flow was $17.3m. Cash in hand at the end of the quarter was $19.96m.
