Coventry Resources Inc (CYY, Crescent Resources Corp) is a resource exploration company located in Canada and is engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of mining projects in the United States. On January 2013, CYY has completed a business combination with Coventry Resources Limited. Coventry Resources Limited becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
