Business Description:
Centuria Capital Limited (CNI, formerly Over Fifty Group Limited) is an Australian diversified funds management company. CNI markets and manages friendly society investment bonds, property investment funds, general insurance through agency arrangement, mortgage lending and management and property investment. CNI comprises two divisions: Property Funds, which specialises in unlisted property investments; and Financial Services, which offers a range of investment opportunities.
