Questus Land Development Fund

Questus Land Development Fund is an open ended unlisted unit trust that aims to provide Investors with returns and capital growth potential from investments in a portfolio of property development projects predominantly located in Western Australia.

The Fund will only invest in property development projects that meet the investment selection criteria, which includes the requirement that the minimum projected internal rate of return (IRR) for any project must be at least 22 percent per annum (before tax), unless the project is significantly protected from risk. Please note, this is not a forecast return on an investment in the Fund.

Currently, the Western Australian domestic economy is the fastest growing and most robust state economy in Australia, underpinned by a booming export sector founded in key commodities such as iron ore, gold, liquid petroleum gas and alumina. In 2007/08, gross state product in Western Australia is projected to grow by a healthy 4.5% and forecasted 5.0% in 2008/091.
