Macquarie Managed Fund Instalments
Macquarie MFIs enable you to accelerate your potential investment returns by gearing your exposure to managed funds, without some of the risks associated with traditional forms of gearing, such as margin calls and an obligation to repay the loan. They are based on the same principles as warrants over ASX listed shares.
Macquarie MFIs allow you to invest in a managed fund in two payments; an initial first payment upfront and an optional second payment at a later date - up to 5 years. By paying a fraction of the managed fund price upfront you are able to leverage your exposure to the underlying managed fund and potentially enhance your investment returns.
