Multiplex Acumen Prime Property Trust – Float/IPO expected to close 31 August 2006
The Multiplex Acumen Prime Property Fund represents an opportunity to invest in an impressive portfolio of CBD office assets with strong property characteristics. GR First Ranking Notes and GR Unsecured Notes
GR Finance provides finance to borrowers for various purposes, such as the purchase of residential and commercial property, property construction and development, and funding for commercial purposes such as new or existing business development.
The minimum investment is $1,000 and interest is paid either monthly, quarterly, annually in arrears or at Maturity. An option to reinvest interest is also available. Investment terms range from a minimum of three (3) months to a maximum of five (5) years.
Until 15th September 2006, GR Finance are offering special rates for InvestSMART clients on their First Ranking Notes. Special rates as follows:

Closing This Week!
The Coretrack float is due to close tomorrow, 15th August 2006. Coretrack envisages the Core Barrel Capacity Gauge as a unique and value added technology with application to the coring services sector of the oil and gas industry, potentially realising significant savings for companies during the coring process.
Coretrack will still accept smaller applications (under $5,000) from InvestSMART clients for the rest of the week in order to achieve spread requirements for ASX listing.
Macquarie ALPS Series 6 will close to new investments this Friday 18th August 2006. If you are looking for an investment that combines capital protection at maturity+ with the potential for high income, fixed at 12.5% for the first year, consider the new ALPS 6.
