ActivEX Limited - Float/IPO expected to close 3rd March 2006

ActivEX is targeting epithermal gold, intrusive and porphyry style copper-gold mineralisation and volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization styles, which are each capable of hosting major gold and copper deposits.

The Company's targets include tenements that host mineralisation styles similar to the Cadia copper-gold mine in NSW and also to Queensland's largest gold mine at Vera Nancy. The state of Queensland is regarded as under explored due to native title legislation in the late 90’s but is now demanding a lot more attention.

ActivEX has partnered with successful explorer Minotaur Exploration Limited at Booubyjan and that company has the right to earn up to a 75% interest in the project by funding exploration expenditure of $2 million.
