The OM-IP 140 Plus Strategy
Series 2 OM-IP 140 Plus (AUD) Limited aims to generate medium term capital growth of more than 15% pa* by harnessing the performance of two international investment programs. In addition, investors holding Shares on the Maturity Date will have the security of receiving a minimum amount of A$1.40 per Share+ together with the benefit of the Rising Guarantee which allows the Company to lock in a portion of the trading profits over the life of the investment.

Investment Bonus There is no entry fee to participate in Series 2 OM-IP 140 Plus (AUD) Limited. As explained in the Prospectus, Man Investments will pay InvestSMART a 4% commission. We will rebate 100% of this commission to you by cheque when we receive it. |
Invest with no upfront capital
Invest in Series 2 OM-IP 140 Plus with no upfront capital through the BT Absolute Investment Loan.
The 100% gearing means you can invest with no capital outlay and has the potential to magnify your investment returns. Because the BT Absolute Investment Loan lends you 100% of the investment value, you can still invest without being forced to raise cash or liquidate existing assets, which may incur Capital Gains Tax. Minimum loan size is $50,000.
