In Sydney, rent of $1400 a square metre is being asked for the top floors of a $700 million-plus office tower, 1 Bligh Street, which is being built by Dexus Property. The law firm Clayton Utz has leased the bottom 15 floors of the 28-storey building on the corner of Bligh, Bent and O'Connell streets. A marketing campaign is due to start for the higher floors.
