Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective To provide investors with regular income and capital appreciation over the medium term (2- 5 years) by investing in listed international property securities. The Fund seeks to be fully invested.
Fund Strategy The portfolio Manager believes that: a real estate securities portfolio should be structured so as to maintain the characteristics of direct real estate ownership, Investing in real estate globally allows investors to take advantage of regional and country specific market cycles, Investment in real estate securities can best be accomplished using a top-down/bottom-up approach with a longer term investment horizon, and underwriting the quality and integrity of management is a critical element of the bottom-up analytical process.
