Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective The objective of this option is to outperform the S&P/ASX 200 Property Trust Accumulation Index over the medium-term (before fees) and provide a consistent level of income and some capital growth. The objective of this option is to provide medium to long-term capital growth and income predominantly from a selection of listed property related investments.
Fund Strategy The option provides access to a broad range of Australian listed property securities. Macquarie can also invest up to 10% of the option in securities demonstrating similar investment characteristics to listed property trusts such as infrastructure securities. Macquarie's investment approach involves three stages - analysis of direct property markets, assessment of individual stocks and portfolio construction.
