Fund Objective The APN AREIT Fund's investment objective is to provide investors with a consistent, relatively high level of income combined with some capital growth, sourced from an appropriately wide spread of Australian listed property securities. Fund benchmark is S&P/ASX 200 Property Trusts Dividend Yield series.
Fund Strategy Invest in property securities but not direct property. Asset Allocation: Units or shares in listed property securities 90-100%, Cash/Fixed interest 0-10%.
