InvestSMART Market Leaders is an investment product offered by Blackrock Investment Management (Australia) Limited.
Unlike conventional managed funds you have beneficial ownership of the actual share within each model portfolio, so you can see what shares you own and track changes in your portfolio.
How it works
You make a minimum initial investment of $5,000
BlackRock Investment Management Australia establishes a portfolio of shares for you in accordance with your chosen Model Portfolio
Your money is professionally managed by BlackRock Investment Management Australia but you only pay half the fees of a managed fund
You can add to your investment every month through a regular payment using as little as $500
You receive regular quarterly reports detailing the status of your Portfolio

Blackrock Index – Top 20 Seeks to match the total return (both income and capital growth) of the S&P/ASX 20 Accumulation Index, before taking into account Model Portfolio fees and expenses.

Stock weightings are determined by Blackrock convinction levels in absolute return adjusted for risk.
